The Flipflopi

Jambo (Hello) dear people! This is The Flipflopi Project, where we are creating a movement to tackle plastic pollution on many levels. It started with the recycled plastic sailing dhow we built in 2018 and sailed on several expeditions, but over the years we also built up a recycling center on Lamu Island, where we keep on creating, researching, innovating and testing around this colourful material.
