Why does the plastic not melt fully in the machine?
We have been putting shredded plastic into the machine making sure it is the same type and color. However, everytime we put plastic into the machine, it burns and does not melt fully. This causes the rod to get stuck because of the sem-melted plastic. We tried increasing the ehat but we think the heat is not getting distributed fully and that is why the plastic is not flowing out of the nozzle. And when it gets to the nozzle, it gets stuck and hardens instead of coming out into the mold. How can we fix the the plastic not melting fully and not coming out of the nozzle?
