What type of engine and space we need for our extruder?
We´re students from a VET school, and we need to design a extruder machine with the same spindle that is used in the following video: https://community.preciousplastic.com/academy/build/extrusion . A spindle that goes from 18 to 26 diametre and 790mm of length. If we need to create a nozzle with 1,75 diametre hole and the plastic material that we´re using is PLA, how many revolutions should the engine have? and what is the best engine for the extruder?
