I work in a place where I have a lot of polypropylene scrap. I try to melt 200gr at 160°C and then at 170°C for an hour (fusion temperature listed on wikipedia and other pages) but it doesn't seem to do anything more than a little warping. I don't know if Im wrong or anyone have tried a different temperature without burning it. **update** I tried again at 200°c for 125min and I was finally able to melt it but It was really smelly (chemical like not burning) and the surface ended up kind of brown. Check the images of the results.
