Has anyone tried recycling/upcycling technical plastics?
We are actually trying to start recycling/upcycling on a bigger scale. Aside for the everyday plastic from normal products we have been focused now more on companies. Specifically companies working with plastics (injection molding) which generates a lot of, let's just count everything as leftovers which is not recycled - just moved to waste areas. The plastics in question are kind of known as "technical plastics" (PA, PS, PBT, PC - with some percentage of glass fiber) and I was wondering if anyone has experience with them first hand or can share something? I have found out that many are avoiding working with them but not many reason as to why is that. Can someone share any sort of experience, advice, comment regarding this topic? Anything is helpful and appreciated. Thank you.
