Can u, plastic & wood in a mould 2 create seamless fusion?
Has anyone successfully merged two different materials in an injection mould? I'm looking to combine plastic with a contrasting material, like wood, in a single mould so they fuse together. My idea is to hollow out or create boreholes in the wood for the plastic to bond with. However, I'm concerned about shrinkage. I want the two materials to fit seamlessly together without any gaps or at different levels.researchproductinjectionmould
