The problem and soulution I would vendor at craft faires in my local area. At my booth I would talk about how I recycle plastic. The problem was people did not see the picture of how I do it. This was due to plastic recycling being very new in this way and not wide spread yet espesally in my country. The soulution was I make a display of how I do it on a visual scale. This resulted in people getting a visual scale of how I do plastic recycling and I get more sales at craft faires from it.

Getting the material

I went with ply wood becasue it was avalible any wood can work. I close acrylic for the transparancy. This was held with bolts, nuts, and wood screws.

Getting the tools to use

I used a jig saw to cut the ply wood I used a drill press to drill the holes for the bolts I used a hand drill piolet holes for the wood screws. I used wrenches or impact driver to tighten the bolts.

Bolts to use and screws to use

The bolts I chose was F593 bolt standard ASTM series. Length: 2.168 inches or you can use anything over 2 inches I got nuts for the bolts that go with the bolts I used was wood screws for the 3 dividers Size: 6x1-1/2 philip head Also 8x1 wood screws to hold the plates I made. One of the challanges was alining the top, middle and bottom So I can drill the hole going through all of the layers. I had to becarful not to break the aryic.

The Function of it

The left side filled with bottle caps, milk jug laybles and shampoo bottle lables. This shows were you can find the plastics that you use. The middle will always be the shredded side. This shows that shredding is importain when it comes to recycling The right side will be the products you make, you could use coaster or key rings. I used the plates I made to show color variants
